You can reserve a unit by calling 641.755.3430 or 515.419.2154. The lease will need to be signed in person.

You control access to your unit and decide who has access to your unit. You provide your own lock and key and determine who you want to have access.

Contact the Primo Storage office and we can remove the lock for you. Any damage to the unit or lock mechanism caused by the tenant’s attempt at removal would be the responsibility of the tenant
